In May 2022, our PACKSYNERGY personal partner meeting was held in England.
Our partner Samuel Grant Packaging welcomed 32 members from all over Europe to host the three-day event. Many thanks to the whole team for the great organization.
The program was very diverse: on the first day they took us to the Yorkshire Dales. Everyone could try clay pigeon shooting on the Swinton Estate, courtesy of EJ Churchill. The class was fun and it gave our group a chance to talk casually and have some healthy competition.
Afterwards we were taken to the Staveley Arms in North Stainley, where we were treated to the finest Yorkshire ales and hearty portions of fish and chips and pies. The winners of the day's event were announced and trophies were presented by Thomas Baur, CEO of PackSynergy.
The next morning, the PackSynergy group traveled to Leeds for a comprehensive introduction to Samuel Grant Packaging, which included a series of presentations by their team including an introduction and demonstration of Samson Nano
On the final day we had meetings and presentations on the latest information from the PackSynergy network, as well as face-to-face interaction throughout the group. The strong commitment of our partners was palpable, and it was great to exchange ideas in person and work together on future topics.
We would like to thank our great hosts Andrew and Matthew as well as all partners for their participation and contribution and look forward to further expanding our network as a strong European packaging network.
