Packsynergy Tape

Paper 4000

Environmentally friendly cardboard tape with natural rubber made of paper. For sealing cartons and light boxes. Easy to unwind and tear off by hand. Good grip on the application surface, even in warm environments. 50% of the raw materials in this tape come from natural resources. Thanks to its special adhesive, Paper 4000 can be disposed of together with the packaging to which it is applied, without affecting the paper and cardboard recycling process, in accordance with INGEDE* certification.


This product is made of paper, from FSC® certified forests and other controlled materials.

It is no longer a secret that packaging material made from renewable raw materials is better for our environment than packaging material made from plastics. Wet adhesive tape made of kraft paper as a carrier material and plant-based adhesive should not be missing in your company either.

With wet adhesive tape, you can make the packing process easier for your employees and unpacking for your customers. Wet adhesive tape and cardboard in combination are made of paper and therefore 100% recyclable - off to the paper bin with a clear conscience. WET AD

Tape DISPENSER

Automatic tape dispenser. Ideal for sealing heavy boxes and parcels quickly, efficiently and in an environmentally friendly way. The ribbons made of kraft cardboard are biodegradable.

This ergonomic tape dispenser with a modern design activates the glue of the gummed paper through a state-of-the-art internal humidification system.

The glue of the gummed paper tape is fused to the fibers of the cardboard by moistening, so that any attempt to tamper with the packaging is clearly visible. Tight closure of the packaging with relatively low material use, resistance to extreme temperatures and long shelf life, easy disposal of the outer packaging due to the monotonous nature of the materials used are further advantages that speak in favor of the use of wet adhesive tape. The gummed paper can be printed and personalised, thus becoming a cost-effective and at the same time ecological advertising medium that not only the practicality of the packaging but also has an extraordinary marketing effect.

Natural oriented Polypropylene Film

Manufactured with 90% of second-generation bio-based feedstocks, this ISCC* certified film is carbon neutral and reduces the use offossil-based virgin raw materials.

LCA** has been performed and, compared to an equivalent BOPP film manufactured using traditional fossil-fuel source, every Kg of bio-based renewable source BOPP film, takes 4 Kg of CO₂ emissions out of the environment (LCA by Spinlife).

PET Hotmelt 19my

With 85 % PCR recycling material

This polyester tape consists to more than 85% of recycled BOPET bottles.

The adhesive is hotmelt. Despite the low thickness of the film the tape demonstrates superior technical characteristics. It can be printed with sandwich print.

Maintaining the same CO2 level, much more material can be transported and stored due to the possibility to produce much longer rolls.

Efficiency is also increased significantly by this feature.
