Efficient Warehousing
With Show Coffee Roastery
In this case study we show how we, together with our partners for racking and storage technology, were able to build up a good and solid offer for our customer within a short period of time.

Rehorik, a traditional, Regensburg-based coffee roasting company, is building a new warehouse and production hall due to its growing business. The warehouse equipment must meet special requirements and be able to "grow" with the company.
During planning, it was important to divide the existing warehouse space into an economically reasonable mix of exhibition and show coffee roasting facilities, as well as to enable pragmatic and efficient warehousing.
Due to the food sector, warehousing also had to function according to the FIFO principle and ensure that there were no unnecessary rejects due to excessively long storage periods.
The equipment including packing tables and stacker meets the highest ergonomic requirements and enables long-term use. The modular system for the packing tables also allows them to grow with the customer, thus meeting the increasing demands on warehouse equipment.
The forklift truck from Linde fits the concept perfectly, is energy-efficient and designed for long-lasting use.
Together with our partners for shelving and storage technology, it was possible to prepare a good and solid offer within a short time. The installation was carried out by specialized personnel and coordinated by a Liebl project manager (Dieter Wolf, see picture on the right), who was also in contact with the client's construction company.
Mr. Wolf has over 20 years of experience in logistics. These years of experience help to find customized solutions and to purchase hardware that is not prone to failures.
The racks are a modular system, which can be changed at any time. The heights of the bays or the storage layout can be changed, additions can be made and additional shelving can be installed.
The holistic approach: Due to the early participation in the project conception, it was possible for us to co-determine and decisively influence the logistics routes. This meant that the entire warehouse structure could be designed efficiently and optimally without having to place too much emphasis on individual trades or having to focus on the individual interests of individual suppliers.
✔ The shelving system is designed to generate strong growth in the future without having to make extensive additional investments.
✔ The ergonomic workstations ensure good and healthy workplaces in the long term.
✔ By compressing the storage area and merging the warehouses, unnecessary internal transport routes including transport packaging are eliminated. This saves packaging, but above all time and fuel.
✔ Only one contact person is needed for future changes. This ensures fast, expert service for the customer, including complaints handling in the immediate vicinity.
