When we look at a company's overall carbon footprint, packaging often plays a role. We can't avoid that. But did you know that the packaging area is actually a place where many companies can easily reduce CO2 emissions? This could be by prioritizing recycled materials to a greater extent or by saving transport by choosing fewer and larger deliveries? There are several ways to go.
At KD Emballage, we have developed a Green Business Plan, where we, among other things, has developed a CO2 calculator in collaboration with an external and impartial consultancy agency. The calculator functions as a large calculator that takes into account a lot of different factors, all of which have an influence on the CO2 footprint of your packaging.
When analyzing your packaging purchase at KD Emballage, we can also calculate your CO2 footprint.
The purpose of developing the CO2 calculator is therefore to help companies understand their CO2 footprint. Next, it is up to the customer themselves whether they want to reduce emissions or not.
All customers at KD Emballage can use the calculator - no one is too big or small. The only requirement is that your products are purchased from KD Emballage. This means that we can offer a CO2 calculation for the exact product.
